Checking Voicemail for Yealink Phones

  • Press Message button on Phone:  bagvdwAAAAZJREFUAwDBowVRwraUEwAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==

  • You will be prompted for a Password

  • Default password for your Phone is your Extension Number

  • Follow the Voice prompts to listen to your Voice messages or delete old messages.

  • Press “0” for mailbox and greeting options

 

Troubleshooting

Issue: Message light is blinking but no messages play

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct extension

  • Check saved messages folder

  • Restart the phone by unplugging it for 10 seconds
